What Counts as One Workflow?
A workflow is one complete process with a clear start and finish. Its outcome is recorded in one main system.
For example: a new lead arrives. The lead is checked and contacted. A consultation is booked or the lead is declined. The outcome is recorded.
Additional workflows cost $12000 each. We quote them during the audit so the cost is clear before the build.

Delivery Guarantee
The agreed workflows go live within 90 days after we receive the required access and approvals. If they do not we continue implementation without extra professional services fees until they are live.
