Techup.AI reserves the right to pause or terminate work if agreed payment obligations are not met. Any disputes regarding a project will be handled as outlined in the individual project agreement.

We treat all client information with strict confidence. Details of your project, business, and any materials you share will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent, except where required by law. We are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before any project discussions begin, just ask.

Clients are equally expected to treat any proprietary processes, pricing, or technical information shared by Techup.AI as confidential.
